On the login page click Forgot password, enter your email, and open the reset link we send.
If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google instead of a password.
Open Settings (profile) from the sidebar. Update your profile details there. Email changes may require verification depending on your setup.
Don’t share passwords. Agency-oriented plans are designed for team workflows. Each person should have their own login when team invites are available.
Contact support if you need multi-user access on your plan.
If an admin suspended your account, you’ll see a message with the reason on login. Contact support or your agency admin to reactivate.
